Archtechnik Champions of quality, formed by a team of specialists,
with many years collective experience of architectural metal work,
its design, manufacture and installation. We pay close attention
to detail that only the availability of in-house resources affords,
which facilitates close control at every stage of the process, from
concept through design manufacture and installation. The founding
team members believed that they could succeed by consistency delivering
higher standards of quality across all aspects of the product offering,
delivering to the client a consistent, professional, service then
was current available in the market place. - Thus this became the
mission of the Company.
To achieve this, a multi-disciplinary management team has been
established to ensure that a total quality service can be delivered
from "in-house". These capabilities, enabling technical input and
quality control over the processes from concept, design, manufacture
and installation.
From initial site survey and preliminary engineering calculations,
through detailed calculations and three dimensional design drawings
for client approval, using the very latest design estimating and
manufacturing software, generating detailed production drawings,
material take offs, the selection and purchasing of materials, costing
and the fabrication process itself, all are the responsibility of
Archtechnik's in-house design engineers, CAD draughtsmen, structural
engineers and production management - people who understand the
construction industry, are familiar with the requirements of current
CDM regulations, and modern manufacturing processes.
Through their in-house team, Archtechnik are not only
able to control a project from start to finish, but also act as
subcontractors for the provision of a total design and build contract
with the main contractor for the complete metalwork installation.
Working together, our design office, structural engineers and production
engineers will ensure the completed project meets both Building
Regulations standards and performance criteria in terms of loadings,
financial considerations, and yet still be aesthetically pleasing
in line with the client or architects brief. The team will undertake
the co-ordination of supply, production and installation of those
items not directly manufactured by Archtechnik.
As every project is bespoke, every enquiry represents a new challenge
and Archtechnik thrives on theses challenges, ensuring your project
is aesthetically pleasing yet functional, manufactured to the highest
quality, and is completed to specification, on time and on budget.
