Bolt On Balconies

The bolt on balcony system consists of two stages.

 

Stage one is the first fix and involves a ThermConX thermal break connection being incorporated into the structure of the building as it is being erected.

 

Generally a stub connection is then fitted to allow the external cladding of the envelope to progress unhindered by obstructions. 

 

A bolt on balcony is concurrently manufactured offsite at our factory in Nottinghamshire and held in our finished goods yard to be called into site when required. 

 

Stage Two is the second fix which connects the balcony to the building via the first fix attachment.

 

Our special purpose access equipment makes this possible at a much later date in the build program, even after all of the scaffolding has been removed.
